Then we'll create a personalized action plan to get you going and help you stay the course throughout the year.

Before the day of your VIP Experience, we will meet on Zoom and get clear on what you would like to accomplish in our time together.
*The VIP Experience Day of Coaching*
We’ll meet on Zoom from (approx.) 10-4:30 pm, and we can adjust according to your schedule preferences/what you want to accomplish.
We will do coaching, planning, embodiment and personal growth work. We’ll also take time for breaks throughout the day so that we stay fresh and focused.
Plus, we will tailor this day to exactly how you want it to be...prefer to be walking/moving around for portions of the day? You got it. We’ll change up to a phone call instead or even disconnect for a bit as you process, move and do whatever you need to serve the goal.
This day is 100% about you!
Lunch is on me! I will set something up to be delivered or give you a gift certificate to do so.
*A follow up call*- about a month after your VIP Day to celebrate, revisit anything that needs more clarity, and doubly ensure that you are set to take action.
