Get back to you

After teaching Breathing for Life last weekend (which was soooo much fun btw) I realized that there is a hidden benefit in taking time to focus on your breath.

There’s obviously all the physiological benefits like lower blood pressure, improved energy, and mitigating the effects of stress in the body.

BUT the surprise bonus is that it also serves to reconnect YOU with YOU.

It gives you the chance to slow down enough to really see how you are doing.

To quiet the noise and get crystal clear on what you want, and how you might get there.

In the normal hustle and bustle of life, what you want may not even be anywhere near the top of your mind. And yet, we FEEL it in our bodies when things are off and life is not what we want it to be.

So, this very simple practice of noticing your breath can be the catalyst for improving how YOU feel in your life.

If it’s been awhile since you’ve slowed down enough to think about what you want, let’s chat. I love holding space for folks in my BodyMind Coaching sessions to rediscover their dreams. And of course, find more expansive breath!
