What would happen if you showed up consistently to your goals this year?

You know that feeling of wanting to show up differently this year and take consistent action towards your goals and the life that you truly want?

It feels so easy at the start of the year to make the plans but then…life starts getting in the way.

And soon it just feels like another way you are dropping the ball.

I know that feeling well.

I’ve grown so much in my ability to consistently show up and take action towards what I want for myself.

It wasn’t by doubling down on willpower, berating myself or telling myself to just PUSH through. (I don’t know about you, but I am so done with pushing!)

I had to get honest about what was taking me OUT of action and make a plan to deal with that, even though it was uncomfortable.

I had to tighten up my boundaries, and speak more kindly to myself, especially when fear was showing up.

-Fear of failure
-Fear of being seen trying
-Fear of being disappointed

I needed a plan to keep going when the fear was doing its best to make me stop.

This is the work I do for myself, and for my clients.

And next Thursday, Jan 22 at 11:30 EST I am offering a free workshop on Zoom to help you show up consistently this year.

If this resonated with you, I hope you’ll join us.
