Shoulders creeping up as you walk outside? Try this....

I hope that the new year is treating you well so far, and that you are able to stay cozy and warm, if you are living somewhere that is currently freezing like I am .

Today I am sharing a quick video I made after taking my dog for a walk a little while ago. I was so worried he was going to pull me down as I tried to walk through all the snow and ice.

I noticed my shoulders were creeping up to my ears and I was walking as if I might slip at any moment.

So I gave myself a quick visualization to help me relax my shoulders and drop my weight into my feet so that I could feel more confident as I navigated our roads and sidewalks.

And I thought, why not share it! So I filmed a short video so you can try too.

Because it's not only important to not slip on the ice, but also to get in the habit of noticing your tension and knowing what to do about it.

Which is of course, what I help you do as a Life coach and Franklin Method Educator!

Physical tension leads to mental tension, and vice versa. Mental tension keeps us feeling stuck, and unable to access our creativity and problem solving capabilities.

So give it a try and let me know how it goes.
