What can you notice right now about your body?

If you can, take 30 seconds right now to stop thinking and JUST NOTICE YOUR BODY.

What do you notice?

What came up for you?

What sensations are present?

What might you do with that information?

For example, you might have noticed that your shoulders are tight and achy.

After taking a moment to acknowledge that feeling (and the stress that probably caused them to feel that way) take a moment to ask yourself “HOW DO I WANT TO FEEL?

Being able to notice how you’re feeling in any given moment is the very first step to being able to create a change in how you feel.

The next step is deciding how it is that you DO want to feel (that’s not always as easy to answer as how you don’t want to feel, but it’s super important!)
